Law: Legal Process

Legally Blonde (Movie, 2001)

Students – may we present Legally Blonde!!!   Watch at least the last ten minutes.
Was Elle right when she disagreed with the wise professor who quoted Aristotle saying ‘law is reason free from passion’?

We will discuss the accuracy of Elle’s view of the law in class, through the lens of her journey through Harvard, and culminating in her cross examination of Chutney.  Don’t worry if you haven't a clue what this all means. All will be revealed in class (online class – it will all be videoed).
