Aims & Objectives

In this module, you will:

  • Understand your responsibilities when communicating online
  • Understand how to communicate and behave online
  • Recognise the "rules" when participating in an online discussion board, and online classes and meetings
  • Understand the strategies for effective group work online

  • Write professionally structured emails to lecturers, tutors and other support staff
  • Engage and participate in online discussion boards
  • Engage and participate in online classes and meetings
  • Engage and participate effectively in online group work
