Turnitin

Turnitin is an internet-based plagiarism-prevention service. Students submit their assignments through Turnitin, which checks the documents for unoriginal content. The results can be used to identify similarities to existing sources or can be used in formative assessment to help students learn how to avoid plagiarism and improve their writing.

ChatGPT 

OpenAI's ChatGPT is a large language model chatbot that utilises advanced natural language processing and dialogue-focused training to engage in open-ended, human-like conversations that you can use ChatGPT as a study buddy for brainstorming, writing feedback, and to help with the research process. The free version of ChatGPT can generate text and code. The paid version can generate text, code, and images.

*ChatGPT is both available through a free (GPT 3.5) and paid (GPT 4.0) version - you must have an OpenAI account 

Copilot 

Microsoft's Copilot is a multimodal study buddy, boosting productivity and creativity by generating ideas, summarising information, and suggesting improvements in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and even Teams discussions. Copilot can generate text, code, audio, and images.
