Aims & Objectives

In this module, you will:

  • Get an overview of how to communicate and connect with people in a workplace
  • Find out the skills needed to work with others.
  • Identify the depth of connecting with people including diverse perspectives and emotional intelligence.

When you finish the module, you will be able to:

  • Apply practices to understand your personal approach to interacting with others
  • Identify what potential diverse perspectives people may come with.
  • Engage with tactics and guides on communicating with others in a workplace.
