The 2024 Read and Publish Agreement with The American Psychological Association (APA) will allow ECU authors to publish an unlimited number of articles in all hybrid journals published by The Association with no article processing charge (APC).
To be eligible, the corresponding author must have affiliation with a participating institution and the article must be accepted after 1 January 2024. Authors please use your ECU email address on submission of manuscript to determine eligibility of waived article processing charges. Articles will be published using CC-BY copyright license.
The ECU Library has introduced a new 2024 Read and Publish Agreement with The Association for Computing Machinery. The Agreement will allow ECU authors to publish an uncapped number of articles in their titles plus receive full-text access to the ACM Digital Library for the length of the agreement.

A new Read and Publish Agreement has been signed with Sage Publishing commencing January 2024. The agreement allows for publishing in Sage titles.

Authors from participating institutions may publish immediately to open access on the publisher's platform once the article has been accepted, with no transactional APCs.
Authors do not need to take any actions to benefit from this offer, SAGE will contact all eligible authors to inform them of the agreement and invite them to the SAGE Open Access Portal to take up the offer as soon as their articles has been received into SAGE's Production Department.
