Electronic books available at ECU can be found by searching ECU Worldsearch.
The Library purchases eBooks from various publishers and eBook suppliers. The largest collection is ProQuest Ebook Central.
To search ECU Worldsearch for all eBooks on a topic limit your results to the format type "eBook". Use the check boxes on the left side bar to choose the format type "eBook". Alternatively, you can use the Advanced Search option and select this limit at the start of a search.
You can link from the ECU Worldsearch results screen to the eBook by clicking on "View eBook".
Key eBook titles relevant to subjects taught at ECU can be found on our Library Subject Guides. Guides on searching for online resources and links to eBook and academic databases are also available for each discipline.
Printing and downloading eBooks:
• Chapters of eBooks can be printed (copyright and publisher limits apply)
• Many eBooks are able to be downloaded or emailed (with restrictions)
• Using the Help link within each eBook display screen will explain reading, emailing, downloading and printing options in more detail
