Numeracy Proficiency

Numeracy proficiency has been identified as a key graduate attribute.

The Numeracy Skills Development (NSD) project aims to further develop university-infrastructure in enhancing undergraduates’ numeracy skills development (NSD), including Post-Entry Numeracy Assessment (PENA) and course-based assessments. The intended outcome is to enable all undergraduate course coordinators to plan for, contextualise and embed evidence-based actions and strategies that advance students’ numeracy skills appropriate to ECU graduate attributes and various professional and social contexts.
