  • The articles are reviewed before being accepted for publication.
  • The information is up-to-date and is specific to a particular aspect of your topic.
  • Journal may be in print but increasingly, they are available online in specialised databases.
  • Journals contain the information required for your assignments.

What is Peer Reviewed?

A peer-reviewed article has been reviewed by someone else who is an expert in the field. This is a checking process to ensure the article is an academic standard.
